As a rule, I try to cite my news sources. (I am a librarian by training, after all.) Especially if I use a source different from the normal Mainstream Media locations I read or listen to, I will attempt to link back to at least their home page.
For the record, these are the news sources I use most often, either purely online or via their print form. Please note that many of these sites may require some form of registration, either by ZIP/postal code, or by a full password registration.
